I’ve always been crafty, but not until I lived in Banff with few friends and fewer daylight hours in the Canadian winter did I really take on knitting. As episodes of terrible , terrible reality TV passed by, I knew it was all okay because I was making a scarf! A headband! A hat! As the time went on and I moved back to my hometown of Toronto I began getting more adventurous. I joined a knitting group; I bought a ball of yarn that cost more than $7; I learned to crochet. Posts here will be anything related to DIY, knitting, crochet, home decor, or just pretty things that catch my eye.
